A very elegant bean with light finish and the result of a special anaerobic processing method that involves a 10-day fermentation period without oxygen, followed by 18-21 days of sun-drying on African beds. 

No attention to detail is spared which is evident in the quality of this limited lot. 

Grown by the Gedeb smallholder farms of the South Nation Nationality People (SNNP) region of Ethiopia.
