Storage and shelf-life

The truest and most vibrant flavors of coffee can only be achieved when it is freshly roasted, freshly ground, and freshly brewed. That's why we take pride in roasting our coffees daily, ensuring a remarkable coffee experience every time.

We recommend using a new bag of whole bean coffee on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. This ensures that you always have the freshest coffee available, with optimal flavor and aroma. Remember to store your coffee in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight, as this helps to preserve its freshness.

For the best taste, we suggest brewing your coffee within a week or two of opening the bag. Once the bag is opened and the beans are exposed to air, the flavor gradually diminishes over time. While the initial loss of flavor may be imperceptible, as weeks go by, the coffee will gradually start to taste stale. To fully appreciate the nuances of our coffee, we encourage you to indulge in its freshness within two weeks of opening the bag.

Why not as long lasting as store-bought coffee? Because we don't add any preservatives.

What are the flavor profiles of your coffee?

Every coffee that we offer has a unique and complex flavor profile. To view the singular tasting profile of your coffee of choice, simply click on the coffee and explore the product page.

What is the content of your coffee beans?

100% Arabica Coffee beans.
We carry many different varieties of Specialty Grade beans harvested at sustainable farms at the peak of ripeness. No artificial anything.

We only source arabica coffee due to its higher cupping quality and superior taste profile.

The origin of the plant can be traced back to a small number of trees from Ethiopia, where Arabica coffee is native.

Today the largest producers of Arabica are in Latin America, the African continent and in Indonesia.
