Once harvested and processed, the crop is sealed at origin whenever possible for the ocean voyage to Hong Kong. On arrival the lots are evaluated once more for quality under the watchful eyes of our roast-masters, ensuring that only the best beans are used.
Cuppa then uses a more environmentally conscious roasting technique, which utilizes clean energy and minimizes total energy consumption, resulting in a favorable outcome overall, as well as in any metric-by-metric comparison per bag of coffee roasted.
