An alternative to our Yirgacheffe Heirloom, this bean invokes more cacao flavor and has a slightly longer roast time.
You will taste hints of ripe bergamot, and red cherry among the fruity notes.
The trees of this Heirloom sub-variety are short and compact, with small leaves, cherries, and beans, which is a distinctive feature that differs from the coffee grown in the neighboring Yirgacheffe region.
Guji Shakiso is not to be missed if you are a fan of highly prized Ethiopian coffee.
