This coffee is grown in Southwestern Colombia at high altitudes of up to 2200m above sea level.

A volcano called Galeras has created the productive soils that make this one of Colombia's best coffee growing regions.

Sun drying and fermentation takes over 14 days which imparts sweetness onto the coffee.
