Single Origin
Rich satisfying flavor with mild acidity.

Slightly earthy, with distinct herbal tones.

Mechanically harvested and processed by a traditional method called Giling Basah which is only found in Indonesia.

Sumatran coffee often exhibits herb and spice-like notes, i.e. cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom (not spicy as in chilli pepper).

The bean's robust flavors last well into higher temperatures and longer roast times, making this coffee ideal for a dark roast profile.
